Prof. Filip Reyntjens, je vous invite à vous méfier de ces questionnaires qui n’ont aucune valeur juridique et qui d’ailleurs contiennent beaucoup d’erreurs. Par exemple, il est indiqué, dans cette liste de l’Ambassade américaine, qu’un citoyen rwandais et un citoyen belge qui acquièrent une nationalité étrangère perdent automatiquement leurs nationalités d’origine, alors que cela est faux. Et vous le savez très bien.



Pour le reste, j’ai trouvé sur Internet un document intitulé « Uganda Citizenship and Immigration Control Act ». Et à la page 12 de ce document, il est indiqué ceci:





« 19. Prohibition of dual citizenship.



(1) Subject to this section, a Uganda citizen shall not hold the citizenship of another country concurrently with his or her Uganda citizenship.



A citizen of Uganda shall cease forthwith to be a citizen of Uganda if on or after attaining the age of eighteen years he or she, by voluntary act other than marriage, acquires or retains the citizenship of a country other than Uganda . »
